We are extremely fortunate to be able to share our success story, as being part of one of the oldest manufactured housing communities in Sarasota Florida. Aloha was build in the early 1950’s and was a thriving and exploratious community. However, in the past few decades the community fell apart, and was neglected by all parties involved.
Today, we are on the rebound. We are hyper focused and bound with a determination to bring back it’s thriving history, and take it a step further.
We are developing a partial tiny home resort, that has all the amenities you need to enjoy your home away from home. From shopping, to transportation, and unimaginable cuisine. It is our goal to make your experience one that will last a lifetime.
So if you pull into our community, don’w worry be happy, it is a place where you can literally worry less and experience more. Yes, there may be some old homes in need of love, but each and everyone one of them will get the love they so deserve.
